He has experience representing consumers in matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act and other highly technical consumer laws.
Andy’s business litigation practice includes representing companies facing disputes ranging from breach of contract to fraud, and most in between. His non-litigation practice includes business formation, contract review, compliance with consumer laws, purchase/sale agreements, vendor licensing and much more.
Andy graduated from Otterbein University Summa Cum Laude receiving his BA with departmental honors in political science. He received his law degree from Capital University with distinction as a member of the Order of the Curia. For several years he has consistently been recognized as a Super Lawyer and as one Three Best Rated consumer lawyers in Columbus, Ohio. Andy authored a book on foreclosure defense and regularly speaks on consumer and foreclosure laws, including training other attorneys in the area of foreclosure defense and mortgage servicing errors.
Andy lives with his wife, Chelse, and two sons, Griffin and Rustin, in Worthington, Ohio.
