Rude
Very rude about how she responds to a question. I asked about a garnishment of a tax I didn’t owe and she basically told me to shut up and pay it anyway.

Replied last August 25, 2024Because of the way AVVO is set up, I don't know which question or response you are referring to. However, if you are the person who wrote about "wages totaling $80.75" being garnished from their paycheck, for a past due occupation tax, this was my response: "Municipal tax authorities can sometimes try to collect taxes that a taxpayer doesn't really owe. But because the amounts are low, it is generally not worthwhile to hire a professional to contest it. It sounds like this is one of these cases. Just pay the tax and move on." This may not have been the answer that you wanted to get, but it was not rude. Finally, you never "consulted" me --- I simply posted an online response to your anonymous question.
