I am a founding partner of Walker Novack Legal Group. I have significant experience representing banks, financial institutions and various other creditors throughout the State of Ohio in matters involving both consumer and commercial debt. This experience includes collections, foreclosure, replevin, receivership, cognovits, domestication of foreign judgments, loan restructurings and workouts, bankruptcy, and related civil litigation. In addition, I am skilled at representing clients in connection with general real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, deed preparation, real estate and land use litigation, leasing, landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, title disputes, title examination, and other issues relating to real property. Finally, I frequently represent individuals and businesses in various other civil matters, including, breach of contract, fraud, and complex commercial and business litigation. I am admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, a member of the Banking, Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.
