Melissa Rose Lipchak

I have been helping people with their legal problems for over twenty years, primarily in the area of personal injury. In 2007, I opened my own practice in Reynoldsburg to provide a more convenient location for my clients. Flexible appointment times are available to my clients to make it easier for them.    

I am proud to be  a member of Ohio Association for Justice. OAJ's mission is to preserve your constitutional rights and protect your access to the civil justice system. 

In 2013, I became a consultant for Quaerolex Desktop Organizer, an application that allows me to better organize and analyze my research. The use of this application results in improved representation and decreased costs for clients.

Throughout my legal career, I performed extensive legal research and wrote many briefs for Ohio Appellate Courts and the Ohio Supreme Court. I wrote two Amicus Curiae briefs filed in the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf to the Ohio Association for Justice.

I graduated with honors from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1991. My Bachelor of Arts in English is from Washington & Jefferson College. I graduated cum laude and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

In 1990, I became a law clerk for a firm in downtown Columbus. The firm represented individuals in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation, probate and business law.  I continued working with this firm in various capacities through 2013. This experience provided me with a broad understanding of various legal issues in diverse areas and I apply the knowledge I gained to help you gain a broader understanding of your legal issues.
