We help clients design efficient estate plans to meet their unique goals and concerns. These plans often include one or more of the following: Wills, Trusts, Elder Law Plans (including Medicaid Planning), Asset Protection Plans, and other important tools such as Financial Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, etc.

We help families navigate the probate process. This includes gathering the decedent's assets, settling valid debts, preparing estate tax returns when necessary, and distributing assets to the beneficiaries. Along the way, we ensure that our clients comply with the law and meet all Probate Court deadlines. If the decedent's assets are held in a Trust, we can make sure the Trustee complies with not only the terms of the Trust document itself, but also all other requirements under Ohio law.
