William Haston Dulaney III

I have established an employment law practice representing employers and employees in matters including employment agreements, discrimination litigation, OSHA and state safety issues, Fair Labor Standards Act and NLRA union issues.

I have handled all matters of corporate issues including business formations, mergers, consolidations. Also, I have experience in shareholder buyouts, financing and corporate record audits.

I have represented construction owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in construction contract disputes of all manner. Additionally, I represent my clients in OSHA and other Federal and State matters dealing with safety, employees and contracts. Currently, I am the past Chair of the Construction Law Committee for the Ohio State Bar Association.

I have represented commercial and residential buyers, sellers and finance parties in all types of real estate transactions, including, when necessary, litigation. I have been a principal in a real estate title agency and a licensed title insurance agent.
