Terry Joseph Rugg

I was raised in New Lexington Ohio, and grew up in a strong family.  I was a standout in football and recieved several awards and recognition in highschool for my athletic performances.  I attened Capital University and majored in accounting.  I always knew I wanted to be an attorney and work in the area of estate planning and tax planning.  After several years of focusing on criminal defense, I got the opportunity to follow my dream to practice in the area of estate planning and elder law.  I could not wait to start my career with AlerStallings and I am fortunate enough to get to work with outstanding attorneys and staff members.  I feel a great sense of pride when I get to help members of my community to protect and preserve what they have worked so hard to accumulate in their life.  If you or a loved one have questions about estate planning or protecting your assets from a medicaid spend down, please contact me, I would love to help.
