David Alan Barth

David Barth is a very loud and boisterous man but I do not feel he uses it to his advantage in the courtroom. I did hire him for a family law case and what happened was exactly what he said he expected but did not seem to try and turn it another direction. He is very willing to give you information a...nd educate you as much as he can on whats happening and why. He is quite a character but just falls short on the courtroom followthrough. If you need a hard fighter for you on a big case, don't hire him but if you want knowledge and a lawyer with you on a fairly average simple and easy case then by all means, hire him!! His retainer is reasonable and so is his hourly rate.
