Chris O'Shaughnessy is the founder of The O'Shaughnessy Law Firm, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. With 20+ years of trial and appellate experience at big law firms and having counseled many clients in high profile matters, Mr. O'Shaughnessy's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation and construction law. He was involved in World Trade Center litigation in New York City, a billion dollar power plant development dispute in Texas, an arena project lawsuit in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, preparing project delivery contracts for a private aviation company at the Columbus, Ohio Regional Airport and defending design professionals against professional negligence claims in the Short North Arches project in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. O'Shaughnessy has handled hundreds of breach of contract, negligence and product liability claims. He is a Fellow in the Columbus Bar Foundation and the Litigation Counsel of America. Seemed great, and then ..... well... no.
Was very excited to talk to him in moving my project further. Spoke to for a bit and said he had to run a conflict check. Next day his assistant called and got more information. Said I would hear back the same day. Nothing. Called and left a few messages over the next few days.... and still noth...
