Morgan Giles joined his father James A. Giles in the practice of law in November of 2011.  Morgan and his wife, Alysse, now own the firm.   Morgan handles the firm's Real Estate, Criminal, Probate, Business, Estate Planning and Personal Injury cases.  Alysse handles the firm's Civil Litagation and Family Law.  

 

Morgan graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and earned his law degree from The Capital University Law School where he graduated with magna cum laude honors. While at Capital, he was an active member of the Law Review and is the author of a note published in the fall 2011 edition of the Capital University Law Review titled "A Call to Action: Expanding Public Access to Ohio's Navigable Rivers and Streams." This note challenges Ohio's current stream access law and calls for more access to these waterways for Ohio's Sportsmen.

 Morgan is a licensed Title Insurance Agent and serves as Counsel for ACS Title and Closing Services of Knox County.

In his free time, Morgan spends time with his friends and family and enjoys outdoor recreation, especially skiing.

OVI
Near the end of last year a terrible mistake led to an OVI arrest. Long story short I am a CDL holder and my lively hood and job were at risk. The Giles Law firm was who I reached out too and it was the best decision I have ever made to handle my particular situation. Morgan Giles took my case and was able to make it so I could keep my liscence and reduce my charge while still being fair therefore hold my job. Not only have I learned a very valuable life lesson, but I have also learned that this firm knows what they are doing, made you feel comfortable, and are very professional and can make the best outcome possible for your situation. Never will I be in this situation again but all I can say is if you are, dont hesitate to call Giles Law...

Personable and eager to help

Real Estate Contract
Morgan was extremely professional and courteous while I worked worked with him on my real estate contract. Gets the job done
I'm a repeat customer of Morgan Giles and very satisfied with his services. I've definitely saved thousands of dollars by choosing him to represent me because he charges based on what he does not just a flat fee like other lawyers. Unfortunately I've been in some bad situations and he hasn't let me down yet. Highly recommended!
