Morgan graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and earned his law degree from The Capital University Law School where he graduated with magna cum laude honors. While at Capital, he was an active member of the Law Review and is the author of a note published in the fall 2011 edition of the Capital University Law Review titled "A Call to Action: Expanding Public Access to Ohio's Navigable Rivers and Streams." In his free time, Morgan spends time with his friends and family and enjoys outdoor recreation, especially skiing.
