After he was hospitalized, I became aware that my elderly, disabled Uncle was being abused physically and mentally by his "wife". This has been going on for years. She withheld food and water, withheld necessary medications, beat him with her fists or a set of brass knuckles she keeps beside her. Aly...sse was aware of all of this and more. She demanded payment immediately and then, also immediately, took a week vacation. When she FINALLY filed for the divorce and protection order for my Uncle, Judge Wetzel granted an emergency ex parte order for my Uncle's protection. Alysse intentionally ignored the court and refused to serve the Court Order. As a result, my Uncle is once again at the mercy of his abuser and she can thank Alysse Giles for that. I would not recommend Alysse or this firm for ANY reason, they should be disregarded completely.

Aly, Do you remember harrassing-ly following me to my place of work to aggressively intimidate me after my first day of depositions? Do you remember The Defendant stating he drives drunk with my children in the car during his depositions? Do you remember manipulating the court into giving yo...ur client all of the positive favors in order to deny my children equal quality of life and a fair, reasonable, just outcome? I think it's fair to say you have gotten what you wanted - To win and make money. And since money is all you care about, please let's avoid wasting any more and please provide the case files. I think it's fair to say my children have suffered enough at your distain for me personally, but they should not have to be subjected to furthering their family traumas by prolonging this any further. My children have suffered enough. And you're going to cause them further harm if we must revisit this in Court. Waste of money. Waste of time. For what? Because you're afraid of me having a copy of my own case files? Dan does not want to discuss this with me, at your recommendation to keep tight lips, but it's really you that is fearful of me obtaining his depositions, am I right? I'd really appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter amicably. Thanks!
