I chose to become a consumer and small business protection lawyer in order to assist in the leveling the playing field when David takes on Goliath in our courtrooms. Potential clients who contact me are usually between two extremes of need for legal ssistance. At one extreme are those who want to transfer to a lawyer the burden of protecting their potential legal rights. At the other extreme are those who want only to be educated on their potential legal rights so that they can handle their legal claims themselves. I will gladly assist people at both extremes, as well as everyone else in between. I hold myself to high standards of competency, ethics, and professionalism. I work hard to achieve full, fair and just compensation for my clients. I never undertake a case that I would be reluctant to take to trial. Consequently, well over 95% of my cases settle without a trial or verdict. However, if a case needs to proceed to trial because a fair settlement cannot be reached, then I stand with my clients ready, willing, and able.
