I consulted and hired (paid upfront). James W. Park to execute my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2019. He went with me to the Southern District Court on the day of my hearing. I included the house in my bankruptcy and bankruptcy approved including my house. My mortgage company continues to hound me even ...though I sent them certified mail to STOP. I have been trying to call him and text him to ask questions but haven’t heard back. Maybe on vacation?? I have recommended him to friends.
