Charley Hess is the lawyer for Lux Auto Depot in Powell Ohio and their salesman Steve Vaughan stole $30,000 from me and the owner Ani (last name too long to write) who supposedly isn’t even a US citizen. Charley Hess was hired to represent me in filing a case against my builder through the AAA. Charley put his interests ahead of mine! Charley was paid a lot of money by the hour and neglected to include 5 of the 9 issues at the arbitration hearing in early 2016 and of the 4 issues that were presente...d at the hearing Charley left out crucial evidence, had witnessed not show up, and witness excluded that I did not know about. Charley did not do his job and drug out the entire process! Charley was not prepared for the hearing, lacked communication, and did less for me than the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio.

His office staff is of the same quality, integrity and professionalism as he. From the time you walk in the door you are treated like the most important client they have. ( cant say that about every place you spend your money at these days) Charley Hess and his team are one of those rare gems you find along life's path!!!!
