Charley Hess is the best not just as a attorney but also as a person! ( A RARITY IN ANY PROFESSION THESE DAYS) He fights for what is right. He also fights for what is in his clients best interest. Having known Mr. Charles, "Charley", Hess since high school days, I had early opportunity to see his identifiable and admirable character traits: great work ethic, high intellectual ability, compassion for others, relentless pursuit at whatever the task and a powerful drive to "just get things righ...t"! Subsequently, many years later, I had the good fortune to have Mr. Hess represent me in a sundry of legal concerns: 1) In court, per Mr. Hess's counsel, I disputed having to pay delinquent taxes that were erroneously "dumped" on me when my family and I purchased a large land parcel (we won) 2) I was arrested for a domestic violence charge that was basically a "set-up" by my ex-wife and her "lawyer-boyfriend" (charges were dropped/we won) 3) I purchased a new, 2006 Chrysler 300 vehicle that continued to have mechanical deficiencies with its alignment and steering rods; 5 trips to the dealership without getting it fixed>>hence: Mr. Hess sued Chrysler under the "Lemon-law" provisions (Again, we won! The settlement allowed me correct the problem). While these are three examples of my own personal concerns, I have referred Mr. Hess to several of my relatives who also benefitted in all matters he addressed. Moreover, I know of a number of situations where Mr. Hess has helped out some of our "down-and-out" classmates who got into big trouble. Charley, due to fault of his own, always jumped in to help out without being concerned whether they could pay him or not. His loyalty to friends and compassion for those in need are a constant daily mantra for Mr. Hess.
