Donald Bruce Hallowes

The hardest part of being an attorney, I am sure, is fully understanding the clients need. Clients can ramble and it takes someone special to get to the bottom of their complaint. Unfortunately, I tend to ramble. Many times I have been talking with Don on the phone and I stop and say "Don, are you... there?" and he says "Yes, I am listening". He listens and he understands what you want to do and only then does he offer opinion and suggest a strategy. Listening is a lost art but not with Mr. Hallowes.
