Client purchased a vehicle online through eBay and drove to dealership to complete purchase with a cashier's check to finance purchase through a credit union. Dealership had forged title to get the cr ... edit union to issue the check and did not provide a title at purchase. Eventually it was determined that dealership was selling vehicles for another dealership and not paying the owner upon sale.
