A young man was looking at paneling in a hardware store. The stack of panels fell onto him in a domino fashion pinning him against the display rack opposite the panels. As a result he ended up in a v ... egetative state and ultimately died. No other firm was willing to take the case due to lack of witnesses and a presumption that the man had caused the accident himself. We were able to establish that the panels fell forward in this fashion due to a vacuum effect that Georgia Pacific was aware of and had failed to adequately want retailers about and that the retailer knew or should have known the display was dangerous anyway.
