Biography
I am Rhett Ramsey. I practice alongside my friend and business parter, Matt Garmon, at Garmon & Ramsey, PLLC, in Monticello, Kentucky. I was born and raised in Monticello, so having the opportunity to come back to my hometown to practice law has been a great honor and privilege. I assist people who have been injured or are facing difficult times in domestic and criminal matters. I offer free consultations for cases. My injury practice is billed on a contingency basis, so I only get paid if I am able to recover money for my client with no up front fees. All other matters, including criminal and domestics, are billed hourly with a retainer fee required up front.
I am married to my best friend, Charity, who is a Registered Nurse. In my free time, I enjoy reading, studying history, and exploring cities and towns I've never seen. I know that most people only need my services in bad times, but I strive to make the bad times a little better with my personal service I provide to each client. I retained this gentleman 9 months ago at the time he described my case as a slam dunk case. Mr. Ramsey did not communicate well with me, he would take 10 to 14 days to respond to calls and emails and only then with repeated calls and emails from myself.
