Serieta Ann Guess Jaggers

We’ve had contact with Serieta Jaggers for 16 months now. She is the secretary of the HOA that we belong to, as well as representing the HOA in a conflict of interest manor as an attorney. There are no personal businesses allowed to be operated out of the HOA. Yet Serieta is above the law. Jagger... Law Offices are located at 515 Wildwood Point, Princeton, Kentucky on a road that has been clearly posted for years as “Private Property, No Trespassing, Violators Will Be Prosecuted”. In addition to violating the rules of the HOA, she (secretary) along with a retired Sheriff Deputy (president), and a former City Councilman (treasurer) petitioned the county to have their Private Road paved at tax payers expense. Claiming that the Private Road, leading directly to Serieta Jaggers house and business in a private HOA that does not allow businesses, has in her words “served the public for all these years”. A complete lie. I have filed numerous complaints regarding her actions to the Kentucky Bar Association.
