OUTCOME: Reversed and remanded to trial court for an award of attorney fees to the appellant.

The former husband retired and asked the court to reduce his monthly alimony payments due to his retirement. The court reduced the alimony by about 65%. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court ... and reinstated the prior alimony obligation.
