I sat first-chair in a five-day trial in Denver District Court wherein I successfully defended a corporate client against claims of unjust enrichment and fraud with $400k in alleged damages, and obtain ... ed a judgment in excess of $100k on my client's breach of contract counterclaim. The case involved complex issues concerning contract interpretation, fraud, unjust enrichment, integration clauses, waiver and estoppel, landlord-tenant law, and SBA 504 lending.
