I am not like other lawyers, (my clients say). I love helping people.
I started practicing as an Intern for the Commonwealth Attorney in Newport in 1979. I was licensed in Kentucky in 1980 and in Tennessee in 1987. Thus, I have thirty years legal experience. I have maintained my license in both states for all these years.
If you see my discipline report, it is two unfortunate incidents in all these years. Most of my clients appreciate my hard work and reasonable rates.
I now practice in Elkton, KY where I have my office on the town square. I travel from Nashville area up to central Kentucky. I meet many clients who are not physically able to drive. Many of my disablity cases, personal injury and worker's compensation cases involve people who have little money and cannot work.
I also handle domestic and criminal matters, as well as help small businesses.
My Husband, Charley Conley is a musican. We have a gospel radio show on out of Nashville, TN. (Saturday at 10:30 a.m.) Tune us in for The Morning Glory Show, a half hour of old time gospel and new originals.
I love the Lord and walk with him everyday.

Don’t Use this Lawyer
We have hired this person to represent a family member and not only has done nothing to help us. She is free for a reason since she can’t get any clients besides deceptive practices and falsely claims to want to help her clients. This lawyer hasn’t done a single thing to help and now we have our cour...

Injury case
This attorney held on to my case for (5) years and dropped it, she had all of the information she needed to win. This attorney lost photos, medical records and videos (she said) she kept asking me to ask doctors to replace medical reports, I had to pay for my own medical care and I'm still going to t...

Fantastic Attorney!
Nan handled my disability case back in 2003, and I just recommended her to a friend of mine. She won my case for Severe Rheumatoid, and I gotta say, she's one of the best attorneys that I've ever met. She took my case and rode it to the finish line. The woman was always on the ball. I had another lawy...

“Dispute over attorney fees. I was out of the country when the complaint was filed, and did not know about it in time to file a response.”
