The expert medical testimony established that her leg was never going to get better and that she faced a future of ongoing medical needs, including additional surgeries.

After a week and a half trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of my client for the full amount of his past and future medical expenses, his past and future lost income, and past and future pain, suffering and disability.
