Big let down!!!!

Working with Michael Steidl and Casey Rouse was exceptionally well. Then the truth happened, Michael’s help started leaving, he was hard to contact, wouldn’t return phone calls and then looses my case, in the end they even failed to mail me the letter of the denial in time for me to even attempt to ...file an appeal! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE! They had me submit a good review before just to cover the overnight shipping cost before, when that happened I should have known he’d be fishy! I don’t recommend them unless you want someone you constantly have to stay on!
