John Bell Whitesell

Other than the first phone call where they asked me a million questions, i have heard nothing from these people. Kathy did call to tell me i had a hearing. If they are doing anything, they arent keeping me in the loop. Havent asked me for anything other than a list of perscriptions. Maybe i will get ...to meet my attorney at the hearing. Im sure if im approved he will be right there for his cut. Even if he hasnt done a damn thing to earn it.

We are very please with Mr. White sell and his staff with helping get my brothers ss disability claim going. Presently awaiting a court date. Which is a lengthy wait, but of no fault of Mr. Whitesell. The system is slow. He keeps us up to date, and checks in with us pirodically. He and his staff are ...kind and heart felt ppl, that truely care for all their clients.

It took over year for me to get to approved, but I was told that on the front end. There were periods of time when I felt like nothing was going on, but the office staff explained to me we were waiting on the hearing office. I was skeptical and frustrated, so called the hearing office myself, and the...y confirmed that my case was under review. I asked to speak to Attorney Whitesell himself He was in hearings that day but did call me back that week. Bottom line is I got my disability without having to go to court. Very thankful to Attorney Whitrsell for that.

After a horrible accident that left me unable to work, I applied for disability. I was denied. I called Whitesell Law Office. That was the best phone call I have ever made. The entire staff is so warm, caring, friendly and helpful. We were able to do all of my paperwork over the phone. They took care... of everything. From getting files from my physicians, to helping me with my insurance company. By the time my date to meet with the judge came, I had moved back home to Indiana. Mr. Whitesell drove to Indiana and continued to handle my case. He didn't have to do that. He could have referred me to a local attorney, but he did not. Thanks to all of his hard work, I was granted my Social Security Disability. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.
