Whitney Schroeder Ladd

My overall experience with Whitney was wonderful. She was my second lawyer as my first failed to help me with the child custody issue. She was extremely knowledgeable in the child custody field and told me up front exactly what she planned to do and did just that. She always returned phone calls and ...emails promptly. Usually the very same day of leaving a message. She was also very well prepared at all court appearances. She was respectful to the judgeas well, which i liked. Highly recommend her!

During my court case she sat in the court room and did nothing. She didn't ask questions or defend me in any way. Most of the days we showed up for court, she was too worried about leaving early because of something she needed to do with her daughter. She was a single parent and this affected my c...ourt case on many different occasions. Not to mention she made me feel like she did not believe my side of the story. I also felt that she believe I should loose the court case. As the months rolled by, the more I talked to her the more I felt that she was as dumb as a bag of bricks.
