Joe Saladino is a native of Paducah, Kentucky. He attended St. John’s Elementary School and Lone Oak Elementary, Middle and High School. Following graduation from Lone Oak, Joe attended Western Kentucky University, earning a B.A. in Journalism in 2001. Joe completed his Juris Doctorate in 2004 at Northern Kentucky University.
Joe’s practice focuses on injury cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises liability and workers’ compensation. Joe also handles injury cases resulting from four wheeler wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, and boating collisions. Joe and the other attorneys at Saladino & Schaaf only represent plaintiffs, devoting 100% of their practice to helping the injured. “Injury law is really what we do. It’s all we do.”
Joe has represented hundreds of injured clients. If he could offer one piece of advice to anyone who has been injured, it would be to call an experienced injury attorney in order to find out his or her rights. “Don’t assume that it will just work out and don’t assume that an insurance company will take care of you. It doesn’t cost anything to call and find out what your rights are.”
Joe is rated AV Preeminent by his peers, the highest rating given to a lawyer by the Martindale-Hubbell lawyer rating service. He was also recently certified as a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar and/or multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. The Forum was founded in 1993 and less than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. He is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the American Justice Association.
Joe and his wife Chelsea, a teacher at a local high school, attend Heartland Worship Center along with their two children, Nick, and Charley. Joe has a wide variety of interests and hobbies. His first loves include motorcycles, boats, cars, four-wheelers and pretty much anything else with an engine. The majority of Joe’s cases involve either a car or a motorcycle. He is also an amateur photographer, an avid boater and has been known to find his way into a race car at Paducah International Raceway.

"Very professional and has an impressive understanding of the law. I learned a lot from him during the one case we worked together. If I'm ever injured in an accident he'll definitely be my injury attorney."
