The decline in this attorney's reviews over time is an accurate indicator. I'm sure that at one point, given their tenure, they were an attorney that would merit respect. That is not the case any longer. Will not follow up on tasks and meet their own time commitments. Will treat all cases as if t...hey are very straightforward to pretense their lack of urgency or action. They will also charge you for the communications where you are reminding them to follow through. If you provide any feedback to the effect of "Why didn't you do this?" or "Why wasn't this explained more thoroughly when I was directly asking about it?", you will be met with a defensive backlash and a quickly confrontational conversation, which will culminate in being shut down and told to find new counsel. Although this may have occurred because they had already eaten all of my retainer and taking ~$15k after all said and done, so they'd already gotten my money and were done with me. There are PLENTY of lawyers without this volume of 1 star reviews. Keep looking, and at the very least, do not take them at their word or as though they are invested in the outcome of your case at all. They are only invested in milking your retainer.

If you're looking for a good lawyer, keep looking. He takes weeks to contact, and then when he does, he tells you "yeah sorry i forgot i'll look in to it" or make some other excuse and then wait weeks again to get back to you. But he is very quick to charge you for the calls you make or any work he ..."does". I had a very simple divorce case, and he quit on me towards the end because I confronted him about his laziness and told him I need him to do his job and that I shouldn't have to remind him to do his job, and then get charged for reminding him. He also had a bad temper and has raised his voice at me multiple times for asking questions I wasn't sure of throughout this case. Very unprofessional please save your time and keep looking for a better lawyer.

Mr Brian was hired because an order of protection that was falsely issued to me. He and I spent hours together figuring out the truth behind the case and to find evidence that helped me win the case. He works tirelessly and takes further actions if necessary. After all that was said and done; Mr Bra...in and I won the case and it was dismissed. He is an outstanding lawyer and uses his knowledge to make it a lot less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone; without reservation.
