Originally a Possession of Marijuana for Sale Felony case. Was pled down to misdemeanor possession of marijuana, no probation with 30 days jail. Was able to work with the local jail facility and court ... to obtain work release for the entire 30 day duration and for client's entire work shift. In addition, due to client's age and charge that we pled to we can file for expungement in much less time than usual.
