I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. Nearly two years ago, we retained his services, completed all required legal work multiple times, and paid the fee in full. Despite this, nothing was ever filed. When we requested a refund due to his failure to complete the process in a timely manner, m...onths passed with no resolution. To this day, we have not received our refund of over $1,200. This financial loss has left us unable to hire another lawyer, compounding our debt and exposing us to ongoing harassment from creditors. The emotional strain this situation has placed on my family is immeasurable. We placed our trust in a member of the legal profession, only to be met with excuses, prolonged absences, and complete lack of accountability. Do not make the same mistake we did. I am currently in contact with the Bar Association to ensure this attorney is held responsible for his actions. If zero stars were an option, that is the rating I would give.
