I contacted Joe based on a recommendation. I expected him to be professional and to take my case seriously, Instead, he continued to ignore almost all of my phone calls (I called at least 10 times with no response) and emails. It took weeks for him to respond and often only after I had called or emai...
I am sorry to hear about your experience, but I truly do not recollect any of this actually occurring.
