Jan Kipp Kreutzer

Hired Ms. Kreutzer to file all necessary paperwork to apply for Medicaid for my Mother residing in a nursing home and had spent her life savings. A retainer was paid to Ms. Kreutzer. During the over six month period before my mother's death, we had not received any confirmation (Medicaid Account or... Card) from this attorney nor from the Government. Since her death (May 25, 2020) we continue to receive bills from the nursing home in excess of $62,000. Calls directly to Ms. Kreutzer have gone unanswered. Voicemail messages not returned. Emails to her without reply. Calls to her office receptionist (assuring me that she would pass on the information to Ms. Kreutzer) have not proven helpful. The COVID-19 situation not only caused stress and sadness when my Mom was not able to have visitors at the nursing home, but even her life was not celebrated after her death....adding to the stress and sadness.
