This lawyer represented me in an auto accident case. He got me five times more than I ever expected. He literally ate the other side up in depositions. I watched it first hand. OMG is all I can say about this lawyer. They settled the very next day. Didn't even have to go to mediation becau...se they offered me policy limits.

I Have used Don for 3 different cases and the end results made up for any lack of communication. At this point, I would feel comfortable hiring Don, explaining circumstances of the case and then, meeting him in the court room for the court appearance. Even though he doesn't have a lot of down time... to sit around chatting and answering the same exact questions again and again, he is only focused on winning your case. If you come up with new or additional evidence that is beneficial to your case, GREAT! If not, just allow him to do what he does and you will be pleased with the end results. Don is very professional and has a very pleasant disposition in the court room. He seems to be well liked by his colleagues.

We hired Don when he led us to believe that he would produce specific results with our case. However, he did not follow through on a single thing he said he would accomplish for us. He didn't seem to care or try, but did express that he was very busy and behind in all his cases. We felt that our case... was not only neglected but resulted in an adverse outcome due to lack of communication and information of the case itself. So very disappointing.
