Do not use this Lawer for Real Estate issues

Mr. Stepner was hired in refferance to an eassment. My deed did not show or refferance an eassment. After approx. 4 months and $30,000 later I belive he steel could not under stand after reviewing and reviewing the case what was happening. I then had to get another Law firm to handle the case on b...y behalf. I belive that I was billed for time not spent on my case.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN

I belive that Mr. Don Stepner was only worried about getting money out of me than what my case was about.

Triple review of case files

I believe Mr. Stepner knew nothing about my case. He had to keep reviewing the files. When I would refer to an incident that was in the file he didn't know what I was referring to. I believe he was reviewing my case file so he could charge more money. I would never use this lawyer again. I dismi...ssed him and retained another lawyer for the same case. My new lawyer did not charge as much. Plus with my new lawyer we won our case.
