I was arrested for my first DUI and this was my first time in any legal trouble. He told me that he would help me and do all he can. He took a lot of money from me and slid plea deal papers in front of me. He told me that it didn’t look good. Thank God I trusted myself and fired him. I hired another ...attorney who told me that we were going to take the case to trail and he was confident that we may win. Everything that Brad Fox told me that I did that was incriminating, my new attorney told me would be my saving grace. He even lied to me and told me on the observatory the officers report that I smelled like alcohol. He told me that I was giggling and that I was slurring my speech. None of this was true. I took my case to trail and was found not guilty. He took my money, lied, and did nothing for me. Beware of this guy.
