I have represented over 30 ciients charged with the death penalty in the state of Kentucky. I have also represented clients appealing their death sentence in Idaho. I have a great of experience handling serious felonies in Kentucky. I have also represented clients charged with every type of crime for nearly 20 experience have given me the ability to assess a case and understand what my clients needs are, even if the stress from their charge keeps them from communicating it clearly. My experience, coupled with my creative mind, allows me to approach cases that are seemingly straightforward in a novel way to bring value to my client. These skills relieves much of the stress to my clients. To reduce the stress, your attorney must know the law, understand what you want, understand what the other side wants and be able to execute your goals in court.

Since 2009, Aaron has also represented clients charged with the death penalty, where he has represented approximately 30 clients facing the death penalty. Since 2004 he has tried approximately 30 jury trials, mostly felonies. A few of his cases were also reversed on appeal.

In December 2021, my name was submitted to the Governor to fill the vacant judicial seat in Division 3 of Kenton County Circuit Court.
