Father sues Mother (my client) for more custody and lower child support. Father had quit working in the oil fields and began working for his own mother to avoid having to pay child support. He also w ... anted more visitation despite the child being only 2 years old and proof that he hadn't been actually visiting the child very often, instead allowing his own mother to do it. We ended up undoing a bad decision by her previous lawyer, getting her back up to $500 per month in child support (previously agreed to $200 per month) and the visitation schedule stayed where it should have been. Father paid thousands and still lost.
