I knew the moment I met with Kelly, (while searching for my case) I could tell she was the one who would genuinely try for me! As she did so, she also made herself available when she didn’t have to when my anxiety/worry would take over throughout, she was very comforting and put my mind at ease in t...he upmost professional way! she is so supportive and pleasant during her very effective counsel! she genuinely considers all things in every situation and will tell you exactly what could or could not happen! breaks scenarios down for you to understand better. Kelly and her team are very responsive in fact almost immediately! She never made me feel like i was asking to many questions. i don’t know how she does all she does given all the cases i’m sure she has, yet still knows every detail and keeps track of everything -like the feeling she only works with you-(obviously not the case) To me it just seemed she truly cared about the outcome and will go to bat for you! she would tell me exactly what she needed from me, when i would ask what can i do to help in my case! so as passionate and genuine as she is, she is so professional, matter of fact, and, honest! i’ve hired lawyers in the past and they would promise all this and that, then the attitudes would changes after money received! *not Kelly! kelly was consistent, and very thorough, through the entirety of my case! i have never met or hired a better attorney hands down! -highly recommend! i can see now how she’s been rated one of the top 5 and top 10, i think it was, for client satisfaction in the state of kentucky! - I read that on google fyi. Furthermore, I couldn’t thank kelly enough for how everything went throughout as a client of kelly’s! I’m so grateful and extremely satisfied with every single thing she did for my family from start to finish! Amazing representation, exceptional communication always, truthful/honest, genuine, professional! Who knows EXACTLY what to do and how to handle things. she was there for me, metaphorically, held my hand the whole way! i trusted her completely and am so glad i did… she would tell me in some situations, when Necessary that she would do the talking! she was always willing to fight for me! to speak up for me! so.. as for me, i could go on and on because of how well i was represented by her! and the outcome of my case!!! I felt good about hiring Kelly at first because she seemed like someone who was very competent and caring with my child custody battle. That changed when we actually went to court... Kelly did not even know very pertinent information to the case and made us all look like fools. She did not argue for... me but instead let me argue my own case to the judge (which thankfully did win me custody). After the court date was over, she blew me off during several attempts to contact her and receive copies of my legal court documents that she had in her office. In the end, I had to jump through hoops to get my own copies of those documents. What a joke of a lawyer and a waste of $3k.
