When I first went to Kelly I thought it was going to be an easy case for getting joint custody of my daughter but that quickly changed. Kelly and her paralegal are amazing, they helped with every question I had and always explained the next steps. She was able to win my case and got me joint custody... of my daughter.

I felt good about hiring Kelly at first because she seemed like someone who was very competent and caring with my child custody battle. That changed when we actually went to court... Kelly did not even know very pertinent information to the case and made us all look like fools. She did not argue for... me but instead let me argue my own case to the judge (which thankfully did win me custody). After the court date was over, she blew me off during several attempts to contact her and receive copies of my legal court documents that she had in her office. In the end, I had to jump through hoops to get my own copies of those documents. What a joke of a lawyer and a waste of $3k.

I paid her 5k and at 1st things went well but I live 1000 miles away so she wouldnt talk to me directly except one time.. I always spoke to her assistant brittany(was nice) but after a few continuance she blind sided me 2 weeks before my court date saying she had family issues and had to withdraw ..w...ith no referral or help moving forward she dropped off the planet as I said I live far away and have plane hotel tickets all done and now go for a custody fight all alone.. would never recommend her not even to get my car or dog out of impound

Kelly will go above and beyond to help you when you feel like no one else cares. She helped me regain custody of my two children after loosing them 3 yrs prior. She always gave me my options straight even when they were not what I wanted to hear, but she continued to work toward the goal of full cust...ody returned which she got me! I will absolutely only use Kelly for any issues that may arise in the future.
