My divorce was 15 years ago. I was so devastated , I was very much rendered helpless. Martha did not offer any support. She never mentioned a quit claim deed was possible. She never mentioned any maintenance while the divorce was going on. And, at the end, her staff tried to extort money from me...! All true. I am clear headed now, and will pursue this!

Martha did not properly prepare herself with the information need for court nor did she prepare me with what to expect. A free Legal aid attorney complete caught us both by surprise and end up costing me custody of my child and a huge child support payment. I'll admit the system seems completely stac...ked but Martha didn't seem to care about that . She was hard to contact and did not promptly return phone calls or email. She also did not clearly communicate any of the possible legal issue that might arise or that did arise. She was very prompt will billing me and her hourly rate is extremely high compared to other attorneys in town, I really don't see how she can charge so much more for subpar work.
