Kate Green Fletcher (formerly Kate L. Green) grew up in Paducah, Kentucky before returning to Lexington after high school to continue her education. Kate graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky in May of 2007. Upon graduation, Kate followed in both of her parents’ footsteps and attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2010. She was admitted to practice law in Kentucky that same year. From August of 2010, through June of 2011, Kate served as the staff attorney for the Honorable Judge Timothy N. Philpot in the First Division of the Fayette Circuit Court, where she gained valuable insights and experiences in all areas of domestic relations law.
Before becoming a founding member of Osborne Fletcher PLLC, Kate practiced for over five years at the law firm of Britton Osborne Johnson PLLC. Her entire practice has focused exclusively on the practice of domestic relations. Among other issues, Kate assists individuals across the Commonwealth with cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and child-related matters such as paternity, child support, and custody.
Kate is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association, where she served on the Board of Directors through May 2017. She is an active member of the FCBA, where she currently serves as co-chair of the Family Law Section.

Hire her thru this firm originally, she left after divorce was started, gave me the option of staying with her at her new on her own office or stay with Osborne and start over, I wanted it over(non contested) . Lots more to it. I done all the leg work..

Kate represented me in two actions. Both resulted in me losing big time. Both illustrated us not being on the same page, and not communicating enough to know it.
