Liar
Benjamin is the worst public defender lexington has. He lies to his clients, he misses numerous court dates, and doesn't keep his word about anything. If you end up with me as a public defender, you better off representing yourself.

He has not spoken to my daughter in almost 9 months! Even though my daughter has been incarcerated for almost 9 months, he keeps asking how to get in contact with her. Terrible communication
We can never get ahold of him. Never returns a phone call. And has not shown up for 2 court dates. Have supplied him with evidence I'm innocent and with phone numbers of people that shows I was where I say I was but yet has called anyone. Never will explain or discuss my case.
