During college, August worked at a nonprofit organization in Southern California as a job coach, training adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in appropriate social and vocational skills and advocating for their employment rights. August graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is pending. District of Columbia practice is currently limited to providing legal services to members of the public solely before a special court, department or agency of the United States.
