Bobby Glenn Wombles

This attorney was paid $3,000 in May 2006 to handle a civil lawsuit. He wrote, and mailed the legal documentation for the lawsuit to us a year after payment in May 2007, which my wife filed herself at the county court house the next day. No further action was taken on the case since that day, and o...n May 14th, 2009 the case was dismissed without prejudice on lack of prosecution. What’s wrong with this is that Bobby Wombles lied to us every time we spoke with him, which was on a once/twice a month bases. We were always told that is was the other party causing the delays, and it was only a matter of time. The last time my wife spoke with Bobby Wombles was in August 2009, she was reassured that everything regarding the case was going find. In November, after not being able to contact Bobby for a couple of months regarding the case, I called the county clerk’s office for an updated status on the case, that’s when I found out about the dismissal back earlier that year in May. Bobby Womble still won't return our phone calls, and to say the least, I'm very disappointed. I know the time between full payment for the suit, and the first action taken by this attorney should’ve been a prime indicator, but can I say, no one wants to believe they got screw.
