David Russell Marshall

We hired Mr. Marshall because we knew we needed someone who knew what they were doing. He was very fair on what he charged us and I think he went beyond what we actually paid for. Only had to appear in court one time and he handled the rest without us having to show up. I believe in his abilities and... experience.

I find it disheartening anyone could allow something to drag on for months, all the while knowing that could represent themselves better. At any point it’s pretty simple stop paying your hired attorney and do it yourself. Don’t wait until a conclusions been reached, not in your favor and then judge a...nd review. If you could do better, well you should of done so! That’s truly laughable and obviously not so:)

He represented us in a simple misdemeanor case which he let drag out over 6 months. He was always late to court and when he did show up, he did a half-ass job. He had several opportunities to get the case dismissed by simply asking for the evidence from the prosecuting attorney because we knew they... had lost it. He found this out from the prosecuting attorney and never once used it in my defense. He, instead, let it draw out for months sucking us dry of money. I could have done a better job representing myself. He talks a big talk but can't walk the walk. Plain pitiful! Do not use!
