You really need to discuss this with your attorney. Yes it is possible to get probation , but, those are serious charges.

Yes, your license could be suspended. Your diversion will probably be revoked. You may be able to do traffic school for one of the citations....

I agree. You had 90 days to get an assessment that doesn’t take that long. You need to get it done or get your attorney to get you additional time.
