As a convicted felon you cannot possess firearms. BB guns are not firearms.

I agree. There are no licensing requirements for bartenders and there are not any legal prohibitions.

As a convicted felon, you cannot possess a firearm. A crossbow is not a firearm. Felons are not prevented from obtaining hunting licenses in Kentucky.
