About the Firm
Located in East Louisville near the intersection of I-64 and Hurstbourne Lane, for over 20 years Gersh Law Offices has taken a different approach to planning for our clients.
Our mission is to provide our clients with peace of mind and joy through relationship and achievement of their financial and estate planning objectives. Therefore, we serve primarily as counselors and advisors - helping our clients make the best possible decisions for themselves and their families - rather than technicians and drafters. We understand the unique needs of our clients and their desire to protect themselves and their families through estate and financial planning.
Not all estate planning practices are the same. Our practice focuses on delivering highly customized estate plans. Through counseling, we save taxes, reduce costs, protect families and provide highly personalized services. Before we make any recommendations, we take the time to understand you, your family, your concerns, your values and your goals. Where other firms take a transactional approach, our method is relationship-based and client-centered. We work collaboratively with our clients’ financial and other trusted advisors in order to exceed our clients’ expectations.
