I contacted Leeann Thornhill In February of 2014, via e-mail. She responded promptly and provided basic information on Chapter 7 and 13. She offered for my wife and I to come in for a free consultation. At that time she gave us Worksheet for us to fill out and bring with us on our visit. We schedu...led an appointment which at that time she explained the difference of Chapter 7 and 13. The 2 paths we could qualify for. At no time during our appointment was there any pressure to proceed. She was compassionate and understood that it was a difficult decision. We were given information to take home and discussed which we did and decided we were not ready to commit. We contacted Leeann 6 months later after speaking with a financial advisor and base on what we were told we made the decision to file. Leeann went over our budget work sheet and informed us we would qualify for Chapter 7. We set up an appointment to apply for Chapter 7 and were given a booklet by her as to what we needed for her to file with the courts. It was very detailed and easy to follow. We provided all the information she needed and our paper work was filed with the courts and within 90 days was completed. During this whole process Leeann was available for any questions and concerns we had for her. She responded promply. All of our correspondence was done by e-mail except for signing the papers and our appearance in court which is standard procedure. I want to emphasize at no time was there any pressure to go forth with this procedure. She was very compasionate and understanding how difficult it was for us. The whole procedure was flawless and went off without any problems. I cannot offer enough praise for her firm and associate. I would recommend her to anyone needing to file for Chapter 7 or 13.
